Designed to demonstrate the capability of the company’s production-ready 55kW E-Drive electric powertrain, the five-seat electric family car project is a Zytek in-house activity and is entirely independent of Mercedes-Benz.

The first one was the Zytek design you mentioned, but this is a 2nd "new and improved" design from Tesla, with more power, higher speed and greater range. This must be some kind of private venture.
