A mere few months after receiving FAA certification to begin eVTOL test flights in the US, Archer Aviation has found its first international launch partner for all-electric air taxi services in the UnitedArabEmirates.
eVTOL developer Joby Aviation has signed a definitive agreement with the government of Dubai to begin air taxi operations in the UnitedArabEmirates (UAE), sweetened by the exclusive rights to aerial operations in the country’s capital for six years.
Less than ten days after announcing an agreement to implement air taxi operations in the UnitedArabEmirates, eVTOL developer Archer Aviation has finally taken its Midnight Aircraft to the skies. Following its first flight, Archer can begin the process of certification to begin commercial air taxi operations.
