This Educational Tour will be in, as mentioned, the All American "Spirit of DC" - Toyota Prius PHEV, which has been demonstrating the goal of 101 MPG, assisted by electricity. Financial assistance is most welcomed as well. Currently, we're in need of human resources in staging the Tour de AZ.

Thats double the milage of a Prius and a lot more fun! The Piaggio MP3 is a three wheeled maxi-scooter already being sold in the USA!
