Electrify America selected LongBeach and the Wilmington neighborhood in the city of Los Angeles as its second “Green City” investment. The Green City investment is part of Electrify America’s commitment to invest $800 million in California over ten years.
Electrify America plans to install 30 electric fleet-dedicated chargers paired with battery energy storage systems (BESS) at the Port of LongBeach, California, as part of Electrify America’s $25-million “Green City” investment in the region at the Ports of LongBeach and Los Angeles.
