Volvo Cars brings Hazard Light Alert and Slippery Road Alert to the US

Volvo Cars is partnering with Waycare Technologies to enable data from Volvo’s Hazard Light Alert and Slippery Road Alert to be shared anonymously with transportation municipalities and the popular Waze navigation app. From 2020, all new Volvo cars are speed-limited at 112 mph. Waycare has plans to expand to other areas in the future.
