Delivery vans, commercial-use vans, and pickup trucks are considered light-duty vehicles. Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Washington, and Vermont are adopting the same rules. That won’t come from current National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) program funding, which is geared toward light-duty EVs.
