We’ve used this speaker and it is decently robust with good sound, clearly designed to weather a few knocks and scrapes in typical Jeep environments whilst also able to provide a bit of juice to devices via its USB port. The updated Flare 2 has an additional set of lights atop its crown.

There was a nice selection of books, especially guides to the flora and fauna of the High Sierras. I pulled an old issue of Sierra (the magazine of the Sierra Club) from July/August 1997. Light rail and high speed rail boomed in the 8 Gore years and the American economy soared in the new clean energy renaissance.
