Remy to supply HVH 250 motors to DMA in Turkey for PHEVs

Remy International, Inc. signed a long-term supply agreement with DMA (Derindere) in Istanbul, Turkey. The pursuit of hybrid and electric motor solutions is especially significant in Turkey, which has the highest fuel costs among members of the European Union, Remy notes. The PHEV will achieve a top speed of 100 mph (161 km/h).

Toyota Motor Europe starts transporting vehicles by cross-channel rail freight to reduce emissions

This new international freight traffic is expected to deliver a CO 2 reduction in excess of 10% for TME’s total logistic network and reduce delivery lead-times by around 50%. The pan-European rail network will expand with additional logistics routes to Italy, Spain and Turkey.

Renault to Produce Electric Fluence in Bursa, Turkey

Ford investing £150M in Halewood plant to scale up EV portfolio
