Cracker Barrel Old Country Store is becoming a major participant in The EV Project and will install 24 Blink electric vehicle (EV) chargers, provided by ECOtality, Inc., at select locations in “The Tennessee Triangle,” the 425-mile stretch of interstate highway that connects Nashville, Knoxville, and Chattanooga.

ECOtality and Cracker Barrel Old Country Store unveiled the first Blink Direct Current (DC) Fast Charger in Tennessee at the Lebanon Cracker Barrel location. This is the first of 12 Cracker Barrel locations statewide that will install DC Fast Chargers as a part of The EV Project.

Believe it or not, weve crossed the two-year ownership mark with the Nashville-via-San Diego sourced 2010 BMW Z4. Discount Tire (Tire Rack) had them in stock and on sale, and would ship them to a local store in a couple of days. for the installation stuff. Oh, and there was a multi-day stay at the dealer for an important recall.
