Volvo Trucks Customer QCD orders 30 more VNR Electric trucks for Southern California fleet

Last April, QCD ordered its first batch of 14 leased Volvo VNR Electric trucks with funding support from a grant awarded to Volvo Financial Services from the Mobile Source Air Pollution Reduction Review Committee’s (MSRC) Inland Port Program. The remaining trucks of the order will be deployed throughout 2022 and early 2023.

ARPA-E Selects 37 Projects for $106M in Funding in Second Round; Electrofuels, Better Batteries and Carbon Capture

Of those, approximately 180 full applications were encouraged, and 37 final awardees were selected through a rigorous review process with input from multiple review panels composed of leading US science and technology experts and ARPA-E’s program directors.
