Porsche 914 EV Conversion

Since I'm still waiting on parts from ElectroAuto, I decided to take the plunge and do some extensive research on Lead-Acid battery technology. The 914 AC kit uses 8V golf cart batteries and I'm wondering if different batteries like Hawkers or Optima Yellow-Top batteries would be better.

Kulongoski, Oregon as the electric-car manufacturer may be eyeing the “green” city of Portland. Think Global was formerly known as Think City, a prior Ford Motor Company ( F ) acquisition and part of a now-defunct Think division at Ford. Think has established a U.S. headquarters and will begin sales in the U.S. before 2010.
