We should be concentrating on eliminating the hoggiest of the hogs by hybridizing them or reducing their acceleration which BY ITSELF reduces consumption since it leads drivers to unlearn stop and go driving, instead timing arrival at lights to when they are green. You guys go ahead and buy your 40 mile per charge GM golf cart.
