Capitol Hill made for a strange sight earlier this week as it was surrounded by everything from two-seat sports cars to vehicles that resembled golf carts and bucket trucks. All of the cars ran on electricity or biofuels in addition to petroleum. Of course this wasn’t just a showcase event.
