The electricity for recharging has to come from somewhere, which means power plants. I am more reminded of Segway, or that GM thing that Segway helped them build. Glad to see the variety & availability of electic commuter cars (vs hybrids & PHEV) is rising. Maybe they can sell it on the ability to be recycled.
