Credit: GM) General Motors and Segway plan to take a two-wheel concept vehicle for a spin around New York City on Tuesday. Theyre called bicycles, scooters and motorcycles. The other 4 wheels are for stability just in case the battery cannot keep the vehicle upright. A steering wheel would save big bucks.
