Kia on Wednesday unveiled a hybrid version of its redesigned 2023 Sportage compact crossover. Revealed at the 2021 Los Angeles auto show, the 2023 Kia Sportage Hybrid wears the same unorthodox styling as the gasoline model unveiled in October. The all-new 2023 Genesis Electrified GV70 small SUV joins the 2023 GV60 EV and the G80 Electrified sedan as the first of a new line-up of electric vehicles coming to Genesis by 2030. The startup carmaker Rivian was founded a decade ago by RJ Scaringe, but it didn’t go public with its electric pickup truck and SUV until the 2018 Los Angeles Auto Show. The company says more than 50,000 people have put down cash for reservations in the sales queues for both the pickup and the SUV that will follow shortly.
