For on-the-go juice ups, the idea is to exchange your dead battery for a fresh one owned by Better Place. I want to plug it in when I’m doing other things, be it at home or at the mall. Gasoline prices change fairly rapidly. It’s FAR more dangerous trusting the public to deal with a gasoline pumps. per gallon.
