2026 Nissan Rogue plug-in hybrid will borrow Mitsubishi tech

The Nissan Rogue will soon add a plug-in hybrid variant using tech from corporate ally Mitsubishi. As Car and Driver recently reported—a product also confirmed by Nissan to GCR—a Rogue plug-in hybrid will go on sale in the U.S. market plug-in hybrid, although the automaker has offered conventional hybrids in the past.
