We’re investigating this and will fix it. Verbal shots are fired by the pollution vehicle media and petrol head sheeps can't seem to hide their glee whenever EV's catch fire. Take basic precautions Wait for 2 hours and then put your EV for charging. Are these LG or Samsung cells? Safety is top priority.

The car will tour during 2011, serving as a testbed to gather research data which will be used in informing future decisions on alternative drive-trains for Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. liter V12 petrol engine and 6-speed gearbox have been replaced by a 71 kWh lithium-ion battery pack and two electric motors mounted on the rear sub-frame.

The four-door sedan will deliver 40 miles on a charge; a small gasoline engine will recharge the battery as it approaches depletion, extending its range by as much as 200 miles. One wonders if the recent headway at MIT in building lithium ion cells using ?virus? assuming electric cars actually have a future. Thats right.
