Driving electric is becoming more popular, but a common question we get is 'how much cheaper is it than petrol, really?'. litres of fuel per 100kms at a cost of 143c per litre for unleaded petrol. That’s a lot of money and a lot of petrol! That seems expensive for an EV charger.

There are many different Government grants available to support, drive and encourage the transition from petrol and diesel vehicles over to plug-in electric vehicles. This particular grant is focused on the acquisition and installation of the charger. Electric Car Grant. OZEV stands for The Office for Zero-Emission Vehicles (OZEV).
