One wonders if the recent headway at MIT in building lithium ion cells using ?virus? based technology will actually achieve any economy in production. It was a Manufacturing Failure, as GM NEVER planned to build the car in Volume, so No Economies of Scale were ever achieved. Forget the black helicopter conspiracies.
