By 2015 nearly every major automaker will have zero emission vehicles available for sale or lease, and more than 200,000 zero-emission vehicles are expected to be on the road across the US. ARB staff posted a white paper describing its initial regulatory concepts for an ADF regulation. At the April meeting, ARB staff will discuss its biodiesel literature search, completed and on-going emissions research studies, as well as preliminary regulatory concepts for ADFs. —“Draft Regulation Concepts”.
