All three companies violated provisions of the Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS). Alon USA and subsidiary, Paramount Petroleum have agreed to pay a $300,000 civil judgment for failure to accurately report fuel transactions. CARB took Alon and Paramount to court for their failure to accurately report its sales.

Has shown some concept fuel-cell PHEVs. General Motors Chevy Volt series PHEV, which it calls "extended range electric vehicle" (EREV), part of "E-Flex" multi-fuel platform. Committed to sales of 10,000 or more vehicles in late 2010, with increasing production in 2011. Company says its focusing on gasoline and hydrogen.

I wish the thing was for sale as-is. Well they did give brief bursts of acceleration through the parking lot to show that it does have some Roadster goodness to it. But yes, there was no slalom to see how it handles the twisties. It is probably a real rocket compared to the Daimler version that will eventually show up.
