According to a report by Smart Energy Decisions , there were more than one million electric vehicles (EVs) in commercial and government fleets in the United States as of 2021, up from just over 300,000 in 2019.

Our submission and inputs relate specifically to accelerating the uptake of e-mobility, but we recognise that decarbonising transport is much wider than that. The Emissions Reduction Plan (ERP) has the opportunity to be that plan.
