Nepal new budget: removes tax hikes on EVs, waives renewal & road tax for 5 years. The Government of Nepal, Finance Minister Yuba Raj Khatiwada announced the budget for the fiscal year 2021-22 which allocated a total of 1.64 trillion NPR ($14 billion) for the energy sector in Nepal. per cent for the next fiscal year.
