GMC confirmed a starting price just under $100,000 and an EPA range of 440 miles for its top 2024 GMC Sierra EV Denali Edition 1 electric pickup. Mercedes has also, reportedly, scrapped its extended-range EV powertrains under development, at least partly because they were too expensive and seen as a technological patch.

The 2024 GMC Sierra EV Denali Edition 1 is still a rare sight on US roads, but that hasn’t stopped GM from rolling out the 2025 version with up to 440 miles of range … and a base price that’s $10,000 lower than the ’24 !
