Volvo is scaling back on its 100% EV pledge by 2030. Volvo was one of the first automakers to set a 100% EV sales goal by 2030. The plan was to sell only fully electric cars while phasing out “any car in its global portfolio with an internal combustion engine, including hybrids.” It looks like those plans are now changing.
