A new study suggests that focusing on a gasoline-fueled vehicle’s cold start is the best target for future design changes to reduce emissions of criteria pollutants. The researchers are presenting their work today at the 252 nd National Meeting & Exposition of the American Chemical Society (ACS) in Philadelphia. —Greg Drozd.
