ICE and hybrid can subsidize losses for a bit, but I agree that if a pure EV manufacturer hasn't found a model they can sell in enough volume to scale up in time they are in trouble. The days of zero/near zero interest rates are done so the time frame is even smaller than it was for Tesla.
