Synhelion starts construction of DAWN demo plant to produce solar fuels

GM Extends EV Development with S. Korean Demo Fleet of Battery-Electric Chevrolet Cruzes; LG Chem Batteries, LG Electronics Propulsion Systems

On a standard household 220-volt outlet, the Cruze EV can be fully recharged in 8 to 10 hours. The result of shared development with GM Daewoo, LG Chem and LG Electronics, the electric Cruzes will be part of a demo fleet that will operate in South Korea’s capital, Seoul. The demo project is expected to launch by the end of October.

Renault takes Level 4 EV SYMBIOZ demo car on the road

The automaker has now embodied many of the elements of the show car in a demo vehicle that is currently performing road tests to demonstrate under real-life conditions the benefits of such a car. The SYMBIOZ demo car is capable of reaching SAE Level 4 autonomy (“mind-off”). The SYMBIOZ demo car is equipped with a 72 kWh battery pack.
