General Motors (GM) recently confirmed that the Cadillac OPTIQ electric vehicle (EV) will be built in Mexico. It will be built at General Motors’ Ramos Arizpe plant in Mexico. The plant is reportedly GM’s most advanced factory in Mexico, having been upgraded to produce the automaker’s next-generation electric vehicles.
