Sales of General Motors crossovers and trucks, which include pickups, vans and SUVs, surged by double-digits in July, pushing combined sales for the year to 1,048,114 through July. The Escalade isn't my cup of tea but it remains a strong entrant in the large luxury SUV segment -- and you can even give it the V treatment.
