Bifacial panels capture reflected light from the pavement, in addition to light on the top surface of the panels. The city of Davis, California is putting two in. They’re using those to charge service vehicles, like golf carts for campus use, rather than cars. We took a different approach. We’re talking to cities.

They are either glorified golf cart city cars like this one or they are only for the very wealthy like the Tesla.
