The Hertz Corporation, which includes the Hertz, Dollar and Thrifty brands, has expanded of its Green Traveler Collection car rental fleet to include the 2016 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid ( earlier post ) in select cities across the US. Hertz believes it has one of the most fuel-efficient rental fleets in the industry.

Fleet sales of the electric vehicle begin this July in Japan. Kurihara also announced that the State of Oregon and Portland General Electric (PGE) are joining Mitsubishi in the i MiEV partnership program.
