Founded in 1989, and headquartered in Austin, Texas, Valence has facilities in Nevada, China and Northern Ireland. In 2007 they sold 260 vehicles worth approximately £26 million and were expanding their capacity in the UK to be able to convert 3,000 vehicles in 2008. The vehicle is slated to arrive at select Ford dealers in 2010.
