Coltura: Federal & state EV policy & incentives must target gasoline superusers to achieve carbon emissions goals

Phillips 66 to convert Alliance Refinery to terminal facility

The Alliance Refinery, located on the Mississippi River in Belle Chasse, Louisiana, 25 miles south of New Orleans, employs approximately 500 employees and 400 contractors. US DOE awards KiOR loan guarantee supporting a more than $1B biofuels project; drop-in fuels from wood biomass
