Wärtsilä Corporation has completed the conversion of the 25,000 dwt product tanker Bit Viking from heavy fuel oil to liquefied natural gas (LNG) operation. The conversion enables the Bit Viking to qualify for lower nitrogen oxides (NO x ) emission taxes under the Norwegian NO x fund scheme. Click to enlarge.
