In designing the second-generation system, GM engineers built on the knowledge and data gained from the first-generation Volt.

At least GM sent this nifty printed banner explaining all about the new J1772 industry standard recharging plug. They even had a real plug connected to their toy car on the exhibit hall. At least GM did a Disney display. Get to know Coulomb they make the CHARGEPOINT charging stations and they make them good.
