More Fun Clean Fleet Report has had plenty of seat time in the Ford Mustang Mach-E since it was launched in 2021. We were curious, when invited to Seattle to drive the 2024 Mustang Mach-E, what exactly what we would learn. Ford did not disappoint, handing over the keys to the updated GT and the all-new Rally; we learned plenty.

Ford has opened reservations for the 2012 Focus Electric, with a starting price of $39,995, including $795 in destination charges but before state and federal incentives. Even before I could get into the walkway which connects the bus stations, I found a bus going to Hosur via Electronic City. The check in was at 1330 hrs - and there were no unsanitized rooms available, so we decided to take an Ola to go to Kropex Motors, the Tata Motors dealer at Singasandra. Several after-market companies have done PHEV conversions of the Ford Escape hybrid and one has done a retrofit of the F-150 pickup -- see Where PHEVs Are and ICE-Conversions.) Mazda Ford Partner was reported to be developing Series PHEV based on Mazda 5 MPV platform.

Toyota has had a battery recycling program since 1998 and even offers dealers a $200 bounty to ensure batteries arent just thrown away (described at end of linked document).
