Hyundai Motor Group have introduced a novel snow chain that’s integrated directly into the tire. Korean automakers Hyundai and Kia state that the technology relies on “shape memory alloy modules that are located inside the wheel and tire.” Hyundai says it’s working on that.

IONIQ 5 is part of Hyundai Motor Group’s plan to introduce 23 BEV models and sell 1 million BEV units worldwide by 2025.
