2022 : The “Kindle” of license plates— Reviver ’s connected, digital RPlate —is now legal for use by any California car-owner, following a 10,000-car pilot that started in 2018. Switching between multiple special interest plates ; drivers won’t have to commit to supporting, say, Lake Tahoe, at the expense of Yosemite or the California coast.

Group (SAIC) unveiled three models of a concept new vehicle form called EN-V, short for Electric Networked-Vehicle. It is an evolution from the platform of the Personal Urban Mobility and Accessibility (P.U.M.A.) The concepts will be showcased from 1 May through 31 October at the SAIC-GM Pavilion at World Expo 2010 Shanghai.

The prototype vehicle, called Project PUMA (Personal Urban Mobility and Accessibility), is designed to ease congestion and pollution problems in cities. You could even call it Personal On-demand Driving.
