The four-door sedan will deliver 40 miles on a charge; a small gasoline engine will recharge the battery as it approaches depletion, extending its range by as much as 200 miles. But GM says it wont get the money until the Obama administration is satisfied the company is financially viable. Thats short-sighted. Thats right.
