Shenhua Group’s coal-to-liquid (CTL) project in north China operated profitably in the first quarter of this year, according to a company executive. Project developers in both China and Canada are moving forward with new coal-to-liquid (CTL) fuel facilities, according to the Coal-to-Liquids Coalition (CTLC).
