It was a Manufacturing Failure, as GM NEVER planned to build the car in Volume, so No Economies of Scale were ever achieved. Denmark did that with Wind Power and now most of their energy comes from wind rather than oil, natural gas, or coal. You guys go ahead and buy your 40 mile per charge GM golf cart.
