Although these introduced some BEV taxes for the first time, mostly falling on heavy and expensive BEV models, taxes fell harder still on vehicles with CO2 emissions. PHEVs, with their middling emissions ratings, are taxed somewhere in between. Other models in the top 20 are mostly familiar faces, with no great surprises.
