The California Air Resources Board (CARB) has released the draft 2022 Climate Change Scoping Plan —the third update to the state’s initial 2008 Scoping Plan. The draft 2022 Climate Change Scoping Plan was developed by the California Air Resources Board in collaboration and coordination with multiple state agencies.

Most folks don’t care about air quality, and roll their eyes if you even hint at climate change. Some of the webinars I’ve viewed are way over my head, but fascinating enough to keep me intrigued.
