While ClearFlame’s technology is fuel-agnostic and can run on any clean fuel, its current engines run on ethanol, which is widely available across the United States as a blend component, but is not currently for sale. Low-sooting fuels allow for the elimination of diesel particulate filtration (DPF).

In the new Audi A5 and Q5 models, the V6 diesel outputs 210 kW (286 hp) as well as 620 N·m (457lb-ft) of torque (this engine version is not yet for sale. It is cleaned by enriching the fuel-air mixture in the engine. Audi engineers have intensively further developed the new 3.0 TDI diesel engine for the European market.

You can fill it up at the gas station, and you can plug it in to any 120-volt outlet. But when you do, your car essentially becomes an electric vehicle with a gas-tank backup. So youll have a cleaner, cheaper, quieter car for your local travel, and the gas tank is always there should you need to drive longer distances.
