The customer will only pay a monthly fee about $240 (US Dollars) which includes a full maintenance service agreement; carbon offset payments and in some countries even all electricity used, and insurance. There is significant cause vs. effect debate on CO2. I think the jury is still out on that in spite of what the left believes.
