I realize that 38 large doesn’t feel as expensive as it used to in a world where average transaction prices are about $10K higher, but it’s still not cheap. Let’s start with the good.

Foster’s trying to get those ships to switch from their ultra cheap and dirty “Bunker fuel&# to distillate fuel. He initiated a program two years ago to cut that pollution by 50% and it has a lot to do with regulating both the trucks and the ships that come into the port.
