Buoyed by the US government’s CARS (“Cash for Clunkers”) program, US auto sales slowed their decline in the US in July, dropping on 12.1% The first new 2010 Ford Taurus sedans were delivered at the end of July, as well as the first Transit Connects. Toyota Motor Sales, USA (TMS) reported July sales of 174,872, down 11.4%
